Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Definitions apply equally whether used in the singular or plural form.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Access to the Platform and the ability to open an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. gwin4 operates a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account or place any Bet. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process.
• Jurisdiction: You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction and that it is solely your responsibility to determine the legality of your use of the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• Single Account: You do not already hold an active gwin4 Account. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, gwin4 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any pending or settled Bets.
• Own Identity: You are registering under your own name and will only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Not an Excluded Person: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed via gwin4 or any recognized responsible gaming registry.
• Not a gwin4 Employee: You are not an employee, director, contractor, or affiliate of gwin4 or any of its technology, content, or payment partners.

To access gwin4's full suite of products — including the sportsbook, live casino, togel draw markets, and slot library — you must first create a verified Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document
• A valid email address that you own and control
• A unique username and a strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and symbols)
• Your date of birth (used for age verification)
• Your current residential address in Indonesia
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number for SMS authentication

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. gwin4 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account — including Bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorized by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify gwin4 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. gwin4 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or to notify us promptly upon becoming aware of any breach.

gwin4 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification must be completed before a Member's first withdrawal request is processed and may be required at any time at gwin4's discretion.

Accepted KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / e-KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). The document must clearly show your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document number.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the last three months, clearly showing your full name and current residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other supported Indonesian banks) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to fund your Account, confirming that the account is registered in your name.

All KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). Edited, cropped, or otherwise manipulated documents will be rejected, and the Account may be suspended. gwin4 treats all submitted KYC documents as strictly confidential and processes them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

gwin4 aims to complete KYC review within one (1) to three (3) business days of receiving a complete and legible document set. During the review period, deposits may continue but withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. If KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily — for example, if the documents do not match the Account registration details — gwin4 reserves the right to close the Account and return the verified net deposit amount to the funding source.

All Account funds are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gwin4 supports deposits via the following payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). Transfers must be made from a bank account registered in the Member's own name.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The e-wallet account must be registered under the Member's own verified name.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds by gwin4's payment processing system. Most e-wallet deposits are credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB), and may take longer outside these hours. gwin4 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Members may request withdrawals of their real-money (non-Bonus) Wallet balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification has been successfully completed.
• The withdrawal destination account (bank or e-wallet) is registered in the Member's own name and matches the details on file with gwin4.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed at the cashier.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been satisfied before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• There are no outstanding Account security reviews, AML investigations, or KYC holds on the Account.

Withdrawal requests submitted during operational hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours. Requests submitted outside operational hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational period. gwin4 targets same-day processing for all verified Members and does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

gwin4 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction or Rp 100.000.000 per rolling seven-day period. Such checks may extend processing time by up to three (3) business days. Members will be notified via their registered email address if additional documentation is required.

gwin4 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other periodic incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• One Bonus Per Member: Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Duplicate Accounts created for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (also referred to as "turnover" or "rollover") as stated in the promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while live casino games and sportsbook bets contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Wallet without compensation.
• Minimum Odds (Sportsbook): Where a bonus applies to sportsbook bets, qualifying bets must meet the minimum odds threshold stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed at odds below this threshold will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Abuse: gwin4 reserves the right to void any bonus and forfeit associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of betting strategies designed to generate low-risk turnover, coordinated play across multiple Accounts, or the exploitation of technical errors.

gwin4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following rules apply to all Bets placed on the gwin4 Platform across all product verticals:

• Bet Acceptance: A Bet is only valid once confirmed by the gwin4 system and a unique Bet reference number has been assigned. gwin4 reserves the right to reject any Bet at its discretion, including where incorrect odds have been displayed due to a technical error.
• Sportsbook — In-Play Betting: Live in-play odds are updated in real time. gwin4 may suspend markets at any time during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided. Asian handicap (voor bola) and accumulator (mix parlay) rules are governed by the sportsbook product rules published in the Sportsbook help section.
• Sportsbook — Event Cancellation: If a scheduled sporting event is cancelled, postponed for more than 12 hours, or abandoned before completion, all affected Bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Wallet.
• Casino Games: All casino games — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and slot titles — are governed by the rules published within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the game outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.
• Togel Draw Markets: Togel results are determined by the official draw outcomes from the designated market sources. Disputes regarding draw results must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw publication. gwin4 publishes full draw history within the Member's account.
• Maximum Winnings: gwin4 applies maximum single-event payout limits by product vertical. Current maximum payout limits are displayed at the cashier and within the sportsbook bet slip. gwin4 reserves the right to limit the stake or payout on any Bet at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gwin4 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform under the same or different identities
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies in combination with bonus funds
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sportsbook events
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, including proceeds of fraud, theft, or other criminal activity
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or degrades the Platform's infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information to gwin4
• Allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the gwin4 name, logo, trademarks, domain names, website design, software code, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of gwin4 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software
• Use the gwin4 name, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorization
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website without gwin4's express written consent

gwin4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gwin4 applies 256-bit TLS encryption to all data in transit and stores passwords using bcrypt hashing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data is shared with payment processors (including Indonesian banks and e-wallet providers) and identity verification partners only to the extent necessary to operate your Account and comply with our legal obligations.

Members have the right to request access to their personal data held by gwin4, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of their data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].

gwin4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire member base. We provide the following tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, all accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set thresholds on net losses over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further Bets will not be accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive on-screen reminders at intervals you choose, showing how long you have been playing in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 30 days, up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without full self-exclusion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gwin4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond gwin4's reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or game information displayed on the Platform
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Indonesian banks and e-wallet operators
• Actions taken by gwin4 in good faith to comply with applicable laws, including Account restrictions or closures

In any event, gwin4's aggregate liability to a Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit gwin4's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

gwin4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gwin4 will notify Members via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notification is sent, except where changes are required to comply with applicable law or to address urgent security concerns, in which case the changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date. Closing your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the effective date of the amendment.

gwin4 is operated by an internationally incorporated entity and holds an international gaming license. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gwin4 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to gwin4's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notification, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

You acknowledge that online gambling is regulated differently across jurisdictions and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. gwin4 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, including Indonesia. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
